Door two

What a Ghanaian welcome offer is worth once you have paid for it

A bonus is not money until the turnover behind it has been paid for, and the turnover is paid for out of the bonus. So the only figure worth putting in a table is what survives.

About the number in the address bar. This section is filed at /the-ten/ and there are nine bookmakers in it. The rule sets the number, the name does not, and correcting the name would be easier than admitting that. When a tenth Ghanaian bookmaker publishes a first deposit offer it will appear here without anything else on the page changing.

Some links below pay us when an account is opened. The order is computed and the payment is not part of the computation. Where a cell says nothing was published, it means the bookmaker published nothing, not that nobody looked.

The finding

Five of the nine offers can be priced at all

Every book in the table publishes a headline. Five of them publish both halves of what the headline costs: a ceiling on the bonus and the turnover multiple that has to be paid to release it. Those are the rows carrying a cedi figure.

Three publish a ceiling and no turnover requirement, and one publishes a percentage with no ceiling at all. MSport, Soccabet, SportyBet and Bangbet sit in that group. There is a standard assumption available for the missing half, the shared scorer uses one to keep its ranking complete, and using it here would mean printing a cedi amount this desk chose about somebody else's promotion. The cell says so instead.

Among the rows that can be priced the spread is wide: GH₵4,095 survives at 1xBet against GH₵380 at Wiwi Casino. The gap is not mostly the headline. It is the turnover: 5x against 35x.

The model

How the order is computed

Five criteria, 100 points between them, applied by a scorer shared with the other sites in this group so that no page here can hold a private opinion about a number. What differs between those sites is the weighting, and this one puts the most weight on the offer because that is the question this publication exists to answer.

WeightCriterionWhat it reads
32 What the welcome offer is Whether there is one, what it caps at, and how much turnover stands between the bonus and your wallet.
24 Getting the money out The cash out speed the bookmaker itself publishes, and the smallest deposit that opens an account.
20 The lobby Slots and live tables where anybody has counted them. Eleven of the thirteen Ghanaian lobbies cannot be counted from outside the country, and an uncounted lobby is not a lobby of nothing.
12 Reaching a person Chat around the clock, a phone line, an email address. An offer dispute is a support problem before it is anything else.
12 The register The Gaming Commission of Ghana entry, how many licences the book holds, and any public rating the record could stand behind.

A criterion a bookmaker cannot answer is not scored and is not filled in either. A score is computed over the weight that could be read, and a record answering too little of the model to mean anything is not ranked at all rather than being ranked from its strong side. Every row above states, on its own page, how much of the model it answered.

The turnover arithmetic is the network's shared model: a balance is cycled rather than spent once, so what survives is the balance multiplied by one minus the margin, raised to the power of the turnover multiple. The margin used is 5.73%, the median across the eight Ghanaian books whose price the fact base could compute from published odds. Those eight were not all measured on the same basis, and the fact base says so on each record, so treat the figure as a working assumption rather than a measurement of the market.

Nobody at this desk has timed a withdrawal in Ghana. Every payout figure that reaches the score is one an operator or an affiliate published, carried on the record with its source.

About this table

What decides who is in this table?
Offer value leads here, so a book with nothing to value does not appear. Four of them compete on accumulator bonuses instead and have their own page.
Why is the score different from the cleared amount?
They answer different questions. The score has to rank every book in the table, so where a turnover requirement is unpublished the shared scorer assumes a standard one and carries on. The cleared column will not assume: it prints cedis only where the bookmaker published both the ceiling and the turnover.
What margin is the turnover priced against?
The median of the margins the fact base holds, across the eight Ghanaian books whose price could be computed from published odds. It works out at 5.73%. It is an assumption and it is printed so that a reader who disagrees can redo the sum.
Are the offer figures the bookmakers’ own?
three of the nine were read off the bookmaker’s own pages. six were not: no operator page states them anywhere we could read, and they are what several affiliate sites agree on. Each row says which it is.
